Our Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- Be in the original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to contactus@ethaicraft.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item(s).
- Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send your item back before receiving an RMA number.
- Package Your Item(s): Securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above for the item you wish to return, and then place a new order for the item you’d like.
